How can I help you in your STEM advocacy and outreach efforts?
Do you need a female or Hispanic STEM professional to visit your class or organization? Zoom does allow me (and my friends) to visit classrooms across the country. We can brainstorm speaking topics based on your curriculum and needs and the potential for a hands-on element to the visit.
Do you need a speaker who can share their STEM journey and discuss the importance of representation of female and underrepresented STEM professionals? I can share personal stories and experiences from my AAAS IF/THEN ambassadorship, working on a variety of projects to address this issue.
Are you looking for perspective, ideas, or experiences that could help you in your efforts? I'd be happy to provide the point-of-view of a STEM professional in reviewing any activities you have in mind.
